Himalayan Literature Festival & Writers’ Workshop Announcement
The Himalayan Literature Festival is delighted to announce the participation of Jean Hanff Korelitz, internationally acclaimed author of nine celebrated novels that probe the psychology of ambition, secrecy, and reinvention.
Her recent works include the bestselling The Sequel, The Latecomer, and the widely discussed literary thriller The Plot—the latter two currently in development for film or limited series. The Plot was also selected as a Fallon Summer Reads 2021 pick on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Her novel You Should Have Known was adapted into the 2020 HBO limited series The Undoing, created by David E. Kelley and starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant. Her earlier novel Admission became a major motion picture featuring Tina Fey.
At the Festival, Jean Hanff Korelitz will participate in an in-depth conversation on craft, adaptation, and the architecture of suspense. She will also lead an exclusive Writers’ Workshop exploring narrative tension, character construction, and the ethics of storytelling in contemporary fiction.
Join us for a rare opportunity to engage with one of today’s most compelling literary voices, whose work bridges page and screen with remarkable power and insight.
